removal of black vinyl on doors

I'd like to see pictures of Mavericks with the Black Vinyl removed from the door pillars. Any Area 51 examples?

Yes the black is a sticker.
I have thought about it but I think as the Dude says "does it not tie the room together" LOL
completing the look I've become a custom to on my Aera 51...

Yes, I think it looks better with the black. It doesn't break up the cohesive look with the tinted front and rear windows.

It's body paint and the stickers are fairly new on the vehicle .

Yes, I think it looks better with the black. It doesn't break up the cohesive look with the tinted front and rear windows.

On my 24 year old B3000 PU the black around the windows has aged poorly. If it was all painted the same as the truck it would look much better now. Don't know if anyone plans to keep their Mavrick forever, and I understand not everyone has Florida sun 360 days a year.

If I was going to do it, I'd do one and have replacements ready.

Anyone have the part number for OEM ones and not some crappy ETSY decal?

Compelling idea and my favorite part of this forum...new ideas daily. I usually like to 'delete' as much stock decals as possible but on the Shadow Black XL, I think the vinyl ends up looking better. It's more of a matte and matches the matte in-channel window visors.

Glad somebody showed this since I’ve considered doing it to my truck.

Just as I suspected though, it breaks up the cohesiveness of the windows, especially if they’re tinted.

Looks more like a 1st gen Honda Ridgeline with them painted.

This is a bad thing.
