I would find a high volume dealer and place a MY24 with them. There are plenty of dealers who want your business. I have a dealer 7 min from the house, but due to their past incompetence, I have used another dealer 45 min away since '96.
That would be starting all over you don't even have a chance at a private offer if you switch dealers. And you go to the bottom of the line. It's too late for me I'm stuck with these two dealers. And these were the two of the four that I went to that I didn't see as completely uninformed.

I can only hope to hold a grudge for so long against the dealer that destroyed my interior doing the airbag recall. 😂

Just wanted to see price change since getting my 2022 xlt hybrid with lux. ~$5300 more now! The maverick is a great cheap truck but it's in no way $30k+ quality IMO. It's original price range and intent was spot on I feel people are going to be disappointed at the quality you'll get for so much $$$$ (yes I realize inflation but also consider other brands/vehicles in the new price range)

I still find ACC annoying...but when I turn it off, it is even MORE annoying as when I set regular cruise, it dings and flashes a warning message on the screen that I am in standard cruise.
and this is what they call progress,,,,,,,

Hahaha, HRG

It seems all dealers are telling everyone today they're going to "roll over" or "convert" all 23 orders to 24 "automatically".
They do not want Ford to cancel any of these orders that people are not going to pick up They want them.
This is exactly what Ford was trying to avoid but botched it completely.
So we're all still stuck in line with the people that rightfully bailed out after 10 months never going to pick up their trucks but the dealers want them.

I get treated so well at this dealer, why give the other one a chance? I've had the same salesman since '96 as well

What other truck can you get for $30,000?

Is the 400W outlet inside gone? Won't show up as an option to add on my build
Correct, it is no longer available a freestanding option. Instead you can only get it in (as mentioned) the XLT Luxury Package or Lariat which also have the bed inverter plug.

I ordered a '24 today. Lariat w/ 4k and FX4. Trade estimate on my 2023 with 15k miles (I am at 6k today) is a few hundred away from the MSRP of my new build, which is just crazy to me. It seems like a no brainer to upgrade to a brand new truck from one with 15k (estimated) for less than $1k.

This.

Ford Maverick 2024 Maverick Build and Price is LIVE! BC6AE98E-FE2C-4E22-8645-EF3E3563B77E

Used car prices continue to drop. 2024 model year prices may be up but expect more rebates, discounts etc as time goes on.

I totally agree. A Base (before options) MY24 XLT Hybrid (including shipping) is $3360 over the Base MY23 XLT Hybrid. Depending on how my Private Offer goes (assuming my MY23 Hybrid doesn't get scheduled) will decide my next move.
I think there are a lot of us that are tired of the Ford Maverick horror/nightmare process. And now with the price increases I'm on the fence. I'm going today to look at the toyota rav-4, hybrid again. It's price is less than a 24 lariat. And the 24 lariat is about 5K more than the 23 I ordered. Plus waiting for ford to build a truck for me for another year or so is BS!
Plus I have to deal with the same dealer that couldn't get my order for the 23. I have never heard squat from them. I have to call and leave a message. Not good. I have zero faith in Ford and their dealers.
