The tracker is notoriously glitchy. Please don't fret about it.

IMO. For all orders that get rolled over Ford should ditch their goofy allocation system until all rollovers are built, except for constraint issues.. Then go back to allocations for all new orders. But thats asking for a lot

Kind of what I thought, new to this whole ordering thing and don't always understand the terminology used. Dealer is taking my MY 23 and duplicating it as a MY 24, already talked to him about it.

Make sure he understands about your price protection/rebate or whatever they are calling it

if the roll overs are put ahead of new orders as claimed they will be the first dipping into the 2024 allocation pool. only problem I see is if the dealer so over ordered 2023s the new rollover orders exhaust their 2024 allocation.

He has been on top of that thankfully. I think the problem is they are a small local dealer not that they don't have plenty of sales they are just slighted on allocations. He took 12 MY23 orders and only 2 have been built and delivered so far. Good being 1 of 10 but not if it means waiting 5 years. Live more in a farming / ranching area and more of their sales are F250s and up so I'm sure it hurts them on small vehicle allocations.

I'll just keep waiting, maybe it gets built in 24...

Pretty close to the order I placed except for color(atlas blue), date order placed (9/16), and dealer. Have heard of appel Ford though from another Forum I'm on (Texags).

Your chances are good,,,, ,remove any constrained items you can do after, that is big.
