One of the first ones that came up is $40 shipped- not bad I think? There could be better deals too.

Search for Gentex mirror and you can find with or without compass (my preference) and other variations. They are the OEM for most all of these mirrors, if not all. Could go to a junkyard and pick one up for probably $5-$10 if you wanted to go that route.

Decided to skip the wait and wired it in with wago inline connectors. Just be sure to cut a little higher so the plug can still make the bend to plug back in.

In case I get impatient and can't wait for the harness, did you take any pics of the wiring you can share? And what size is the wire, 18? Typically those wago inline connectors are huge.
