UPDATE - I have two buyers and two backups. Contacting everyone in the order received. Thanks for your interest!!
Plug and play wire harness with integrated USB power adapter for dashcam and 12v heatshrink+crimp leads for auto-dimming mirror. $30 includes shipping to lower states 48 USA. Payment by Zelle, Venmo or Paypal (add 3% for PP unless using friends and family.) I have been selling on ebay since 1999 with 100% positive feedback and have excellent iTrader feedback on other forums I can link you to.
This harness will plug inline to the factory front camera. You can have a dashcam and auto-dim Homelink mirror mounted and powered up in under 10 minutes, with no modification to the factory wiring! They will power on when they key is turned on.
I built a harness for myself and I am only offering two of these for sale using the extra parts I ordered from Mouser. I will also include a short USB-C or USB-mini cable for a dashcam. I will also offer support to help you install your gear including pics and video if needed. NOTE: You will need a standard butt crimp tool or strong pliers to use the leads for the mirror.
You do not need to remove the overhead dome light panel, you only need to remove the camera panel which is very simple (it just pops off).
These are made using genuine Molex connectors - the exact same connectors as the factory connectors they will plug into. All connector connections are crimped and soldered. The harness and USB supplies have been bench tested. The USB adapter is heavy duty and rated for continuous use at a higher current than you will ever need for a dashcam. I use these to continuously power raspberry-pi mini servers for many years now and also all my car dashcams.
DON'T SPLICE YOUR FACTORY WIRES - USE AN INLINE HARNESS!!
NOTE: HOMELINK MIRROR WITH COMPASS NOT INCLUDED BUT YOU CAN GET IT HERE https://www.kiaautoparts.com/oem-parts/kia-ec-mirror-w-compass-a7062adup1
DASHCAM NOT INCLUDED - but I really like the Vantrue E1 2.5k !! https://www.amazon.com/E1-Buffered-Detection-Wireless-Controller/dp/B0B2W81VG6
Yes, if you had a couple of hundred dollars in unique tools and the experience to use them, you could probably make your own for $5 less
