I’ve been in a few trucks that had them, it’s about the same as if the window had really dark tint but it was clear as anything, didn’t see the design.
I'm trying to find the Mexican flag to put on the back of mine since it's not an American made car but then the folks around my town would be very confused as to why a gringo has the Mexican flag on his vehicle lol

You make me consider this one for the doors with custom text, like the nickname of my truck "Chachkie"..
I don't believe that you'd need to worry about that, they will fall off after a year or so depending on the weather...
Use ebay, Amazon, or etsy and search rear truck window graphics. You'll find lots.
Just get it in pink and tell the wife you're doing your part for breast cancer awareness.
