Pensacola to Orlando. Not one Maverick Spotted

I drove from my home in Pensacola to Orlando on 3 Jun 23, and to keep from being bored, I kept an eye out for any Mavericks on the road. After a 7 hour drive, not one was spotted. I'm at the House of Mouse all week, so I'll keep an eye out as I drive around.

I have gone some pretty lengthy spurts here and never saw a Maverick around town. Now, I am seeing a couple somewhat regularly -- not counting the one coworker with one. In the last week alone, I saw about four Mavericks like mine, XLT in oxford white, and a couple others in various colors. I actually passed three yesterday visiting family 25 miles away, one each VB, AB, and OW. I'm not even counting the local auto parts delivery vehicles I pass at their stores regularly.
I know that depending upon local dealership allotments, there may/may not be very many in a given area, but they're out there, just look at the number sold so far. I just don't know why we're not seeing them more often. But it's also sort of the same with the Santa Cruz too. I can see a couple in a day, then see none for a week, and dealerships around here were sold out of them quite often.

Yesterday's venture is the longest one I've had since picking it up a couple weeks ago. That I saw on one the expressway, I guess, was pretty good, but it's also the best way to get from one end of town to the other without being in a constant stop & go environment.
Additionally, it has now hit the best mileage I've seen peaking at 32 mpg and settling at just over 30 mpg w/mostly highway driving and a couple steep hills. The highest I've seen otherwise has been about 21 mpg commuting to/from work which is quite a bit of stop & go one way.

I started watching for them last August. Since then I’ve only seen six Mavericks on the road and in parking lots. And I think two of those sightings were probably the same truck on different days.

I see quite a few in NE FL, especially in the last 5 months. I’ve been looking on my monthly 6 1/2 hr trips from FL to Upstate SC and back since the beginning of 2022 and have only seen 4 Mavericks In that time! I have seen more Santa Cruz in the past 3 months than Mavericks in the last 16 months! Our Mavericks truly are unicorns or they prefer staying in their stables

driving from Orlando to Jacksonville,saw three: 2 black and one cactus-mine is lowered so they were all jealous-80-85 MPH and got 42.3 MPG with AC ON...around town 49.6 using my calculations

I just got back from driving from Bradenton FL to Denver and back to pick up my daughter. 5 days of driving and I saw maybe 4 Mavericks.

Gearing up for my first out of state road Trip in the Mav. I will be cruising on I-10 all the way to San Antonio, Tx. Currently at 5400 miles and will probably rack up around 2500 more on this trip!
