Private offer?

Just now realizing (after I took delivery of my 23 Maverick Hybrid) that there was an email I received from Ford about a private offer. Not sure what it is or if it applies to me but I did order 11/10/21 and has to be converted to a 23 model year. Can anyone help or lrivde insight?

What was MSRP of your truck and how much did you pay before tax etc?
If you received your private offer there would be difference of over $2k.

How do I know if I qualify for a private offer? Dealer never mentioned anything of and I didn't see anything regarding it during the signing of paperwork

Of course they didn't, they pocketed the money. Easy profit for them (assuming you were the original order person of the vehicle). You should be able to search and find the details and documents.
