Hey everyone not sure that I've seen a thread talk about this (or I just can't find one) but has anybody else taken their car to the gas station to fill up and the nozzle clicks short of what should be a full tank? So far it's happened to me two times. I'll be close to E and maybe have about...
I understand using a damp cloth to clean surfaces but its not really "cleaning" the surface as it's still leaving traces of oil/residue on the panel. Not sure how vinegar would hold up an interior surface as its acidic.. but using a degreaser and diluting it (super clean) or an APC would help...
The demand for the hybrid was much greater than the ICB. Most other car manufacturers charge a premium for a hybrid engine. I don't know any company that offers a hybrid engine as standard and ford probably lost a decent amount of money for every hybrid 22-23 model
That's good to here. Maybe that's why I haven't had the issue myself. But I do motive thay my truck keeps automatically turning on in it's wifi so I turn it off when I can
Is this a common issue with 22 MY? I have a 23 xlt hybrid and feared I would get the dreaded deep sleep so I bought a jumper for my car battery and nothing yet (thank God)
Is ordering a 24 Maverick worth it at this point? I got my 23 a few months back and after hearing about price hikes and ongoing parts delays it doesn't seem to be the "cost effective truck" it used to be.. also the long wait times. No to mention the UAW striks
Agreed. The Maverick has pretty good value rn. Unless it's a hard hit causing the engine to move or quarter panel needing to be replaced then I don't see it totaling that easily. And if it does, you'll still get a decent amount from the insurance company since the car is holding a strong value...
If you car is totaled and you choose to keep it instead of being "cashed out" by the insurance company then ur car will have a salvage title and you'll still be on the hook for repairs.
How do I know if I qualify for a private offer? Dealer never mentioned anything of and I didn't see anything regarding it during the signing of paperwork
Just now realizing (after I took delivery of my 23 Maverick Hybrid) that there was an email I received from Ford about a private offer. Not sure what it is or if it applies to me but I did order 11/10/21 and has to be converted to a 23 model year. Can anyone help or lrivde insight?
So how do I found this private offer? The window sticker for the car is currently and the new price since it was rolled over to the 23 model year. I have the original docusign that shows my original pricing at the time I ordered. Am I good?
My Maverick finally made it to the dealership today 5/22!! (Ken Grody Ford)
Ordered: 11/10/2021
Type: Hybrid XLT w/ Lux & Co-pilot 360
Removed: Tri-fold tonneau cover
The dealership is telling me there are NO incentives for my 2023 Maverick and I saw on the Mach-E forums that if your 22 ordered...
I work as an appraiser for an insurance company and details vehicles on the weekends. PPF is a great investment especially since everything I heard about the Maverick paint is mediocre. Can't say for certain on the price but for about half the car being wrapped thay doesn't seem too bad. Back to...
