well I jut talked to ford canada live chat, there was no schedule for production date, but they said there was a VIN assigned. time to fire off an email to my dealership and see whast up. maybe cuz its canada were on a delay

OK, now Ford is toying with me. Still no scheduling email but all day I have received Ford emails, each one running my blood pressure way up until I realize it is yet another advertising email. First the Ranger truck one, about noon one for a F150 and this afternoon 3 different ones about Ford pass.

I called ford Gave them sales code and order code and was politely told. I dont get MY23 Mav. I hate asking the wife if I can drive hers. But The 05 Ranger is still holding

Hey The Call center ladies are mostly polite. They Take the Sales code and the order code. Then She said Let me look for you. Then Say I See its not scheduled for production Yet. I just Translate it to No Mav for you Yet. LOL. I make it a point to call once a week. I fully at this point think the 23 XL is a lost cause. I am shifting gears to order a 24 in July. IF the 23 comes in after the 24 is ordered it up for grabs and I will post it here. If anyone wants it.

Gotcha. Yeah my hopes of getting my 23 are dwindling, I'll put in an order for a 24 at a different dealership if I have to, see how that goes. If the 24 hybrid Taco has the right gas mileage and price, I'll try for that too. This whole situation with Ford is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I knew I was gonna be waiting a while for a new truck, but a year and a half+? I don't know how folks here did it, it's absurd.

Yes. I have a feeling that there are thousands of people that ordered MY23's who will do just that. I think the MY24 order banks will be flooded once again, and Ford will continue to be WAY behind in building new orders. Crappie time to want/need a new truck.

when the sept 2022 bank opened, I ordered two hybrids from two different local dealerships

hybrid Xl ,360, power inverter, spray in bedliner,bed rail for myself

hybrid xlt,360,and power inverter for my wife.

last week I got the email for the XLT with a build date of 7/24/23

my XL-unscheduled.

I got a ranger flyer as well. I think I have a better chance of winning the lottery, than I do of getting a maverick built. Xlt, fx4, full size spare, and a block heater. You know all the non constrained items.

Maybe you have a better chance of getting a Ranger.
