Your chances would be Zero if the other 74 orders are all priority 10... But 100% if they are all at Priority 19 AND you have no constrained items on your build.
Seriously, try to get your dealer to tell you how many other orders are at Priority 10 or 11. That will give you a better picture of where you are in line.
To @BradnChristine's point, my dealer entered EVERY Maverick first-day order at a priority 10, and since they took well over 30 orders on that first day, it basically means nothing. (It's barely possible that then entered day 2 orders at priority 11, but I don't think so... When my salesman and I looked over the order to add the BAP, all I saw on the screen was dozens of orders, all at priority 10...)

What I don't like is that Ford can't build the orders they have and then they will open the order bank so people can order more trucks they can't build. Crazy way to do business. Just doesn't make sense.
That bugs me, as well. Why open the order banks in September is you've got orders that take up all the production capacity not just for the rest of 2022, but for the first couple of months of 2023? Why not wait, and rollover the ones that could not be built by December to be '23 models, and open the order banks in November or so (to give a couple months lead time)?

And while we're on the subject of peeves... Why didn't Ford send emails to 100% of the individuals with Lariat orders that would be affected by CP360/CP360Assist change, so they could get with the dealers to add the Assist if they wanted ACC, etc? I've heard from dozens here on the forum who got "bitten" by this change, and would up without ACC when that may have been the sole reason they went to the Lariat to begin with... Doesn't seem like it would have been all that difficult for Ford to do! Sheesh!

Absolutely. I see posts here and on the facebook groups with folks excited to share that "My FULLY-LOADED Maverick is in production..." or even delivered. Then when I don't see the front ACC radar square on their picture, or I don't see that "Copilot assist $750" on their "FULLY-Loaded" window sticker they proudly share, all I can do is cringe and keep my mouth shut because I know it is now too late to point out the missing package.

And how in the hell does selecting "6 D-Link Bed Connectors" translate into you getting TWO bedrails and TWO movable hooks for 2023?

I'm ok with it now, but it was an accident that it got left on when Ford did their spectacular job of rearranging packages for 2023 cancelled/reorders like mine. If Ford truly duplicated the 2023 orders as close as possible to the 2022 order submitted, then they would have added the bed rails, the SIBL, BOTH Copilots and Remote start for folks to confirm on their reorders.

Thank goodness for this group and @fordvideoguy for making me aware of most of it. I am starting to see "loaded Lariats" on Cars.com that are clearly missing the CP 360 Assist box. I expect those were the folks who bought a Lariat to get ACC and then refused their "semi-loaded" Lariats.

Too true! I had to add the "6-D link bed connectors" after the initial order went in, because I initially missed that they were no longer part of the package. The other items I caught myself when the order guide came out AFTER the order window had opened. (Another truly dumb move by Ford!)

The way this whole order thing has been handled has been a spectacularly unimpressive performance by Ford.

On a related unimpressive performance by Ford, I called FordPass this morning about missing points for two invoices from my local Ford dealer.

Invoice 1: I bought a new battery for my CMax last August, and I asked the dealer if they did courtesy installs. When they responded that they had never seen a CMax before and would have to research what, if anything, was needed to tell the car there was a new battery...I passed on any install from them and did it myself. Never got any points, but today I learned if there is only a PARTS sale, with no LABOR on the invoice, you get no points. No biggie, and I had not been concerned about it until invoice 2 happened.

Invoice 2: I took the CMax in for service on 4/18/23 and I just decided to check the points (and tier points) on 4/23/23 as I've been spending them as fast as they appear for my Maverick. Ford's BRILLIANT IT people at work caused the call because when I entered the missing points invoice, the system told me that points had ALREADY BEEN AWARDED to A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT!

So I called and learned that no, no points had been awarded to any account yet, and it would likely take 10 days. WTH? Is it that hard to simply state "No invoice found. If 10 days have passed, contact us". I told the guy I was used to Ford's terrible IT after dealing with the Maverick tracking, especially with dates disappearing 24 hours prior to shipping. I was also told that I had THREE Fordpass accounts associated with my SINGLE email. One was being used properly for points, and the other two had been started with a username (instead of an email), but they were never fully set up. WTH? The uncompleted accounts have to be at least 2 years old and should have been deleted by now, since the guy told me I never agreed to the terms & conditions to fully open those accounts.

The more computerized these vehicles become, the more fear is generated in my heart if they use the same IT folks as in their tracking systems.

Posting this only to recount a different experience.

Ford announced 2022 Mavericks availability/ordering in June of 2021.
I ordered my one (1) Lariat Mav Hybrid the week afterward.
There was nothing too different or "special" about the options I ordered.
I paid the $500 ordering fee that I understood Ford (via its dealership network) required.
The salesman said the wait for delivery could be anywhere from 5 to 8 months.
I took delivery 8 months later in February 2022.
I paid $32,800, in the driveway.

Did not try to game any system.
Never felt that I was in a competitive contest against any other Mav-ordering customers.
Never felt that the dealer was trying to screw me over.

Amen.

So you're basically saying: "I got lucky, so all the thousands of people reporting issues must be full of crap!"

Or was there another point to your post that I didn't quite understand? Because there are literally hundreds of people who ordered well before you did that are still waiting on their Maverick order to be delivered.

Those of us waiting nearly 500 days (or more) didn't game anything. You nailed it, Jim. Having a LUCKY experience was just that. There were all sorts of things involved in doing this correctly, NONE of which would be described as "gaming" anything.

My point exactly on next order date order several at many dealers or be a sucker and order one and not get one. Order many is NOT gaming its necessary with Fords incompetence.

No disagreement here. I don't yet know what I will do if an AWD Hybrid is on the 2024 menu. "Mike" simply did not recognize that he was lucky, and his success was not related to his "not gaming any system."
