What are the odds that the 120v outlet in the bed will be available to add on after purchase? I’d like to add it, but I’m not shelling out for the luxury package.

Probably cheaper to do now... It's the only thing I got on my xl and I'll probably never use itWhat are the odds that the rear 120v outlet will be available to add on after purchase? I’d like to add it, but I’m not shellin
Add it as an interior option for $150 and you could at least use an extension cord for outside needs. Might also make it easier to add it to the bed later... as an add on.What are the odds that the 120v outlet in the bed will be available to add on after purchase? I completely forgot about the 12v power leads in the back. That’s my duh moment for the day. Good idea!Could wire in a power inverter with the 12 volt leads and hide it in the cubby box
I'm curious what they are fusing those circuits at. I've read one article that said 20 amps, but the Ford video seemed to show lighter-gauge wires than would normally be used at that level.I completely forgot about the 12v power leads in the back. That’s my duh moment for the day. Good idea!
Bet with some creativity you could add your own DC->AC inverter. What are the odds that the 120v outlet in the bed will be available to add on after purchase? I’d like to add it, but I’m not shelling out for the luxury package.
110v at 400 watts is about 3 amps. Might power a battery charger or laptop, certainly not enough for any sort of power tool.I'm curious what they are fusing those circuits at. That is, however, enough to power an M12 or M18 battery charger. I'll likely use it mostly for lighting, though many Light Trees push 1kW or more. Sadly, my table or miter saws would probably blow it up. But as you may have been leading, the design of this is not necessarily as a HEAVY work truck.110v at 400 watts is about 3 amps. My Maverick will be my temporary generator for my refrigerator if my power ever goes out in the house for more than a couple of hours. Keeps the groceries from spoiling!Probably cheaper to do now... It's the only thing I got on my xl and I'll probably never use it
Don't count on it, the amperage from the plug on the Maverick wouldn't be enough. It's not enough enough to charge high end batteries for cordless tools, let alone a fridge. My Maverick will be my temporary generator for my refrigerator if my power ever goes out in the house for more than a couple of hours.
