Don't trust the tracker

I posit that just as the Maverick was being loaded on the train, a group of desperate villains from a drug cartel made off with the vehicle and hence the disappearance from the tracker.

I believe the local population may have figured out that the easiest way to obtain a new vehicle is 'picking it up' directly at the factory. This is reflected in the latest sales information showing Ford sales have decreased in Mexico.

Last week, my hybrid was showing 'in production' on the tracker. Today, it has completely disappeared. So, I fear I may have suffered the same fate.

My dealer texted me and Ford emailed me to tell me I'm built and that matches the pizza tracker... but still, several days later and not seeing modules. I'm not convinced. Dang it, I want to see my modules!

Scheduled the week of 4/20 (which is today). Thought it was odd that it switched to "In Production" on Wednesday, 4/12. Window sticker was available on Friday, 4/14. My truck is getting the SIBL, which I understand can add a few days, but that doesn't explain the modules part.

Tracker was dead on for me. Of course no way I could know if I was actually "in production" and that date shifted back a week but then I was built on the Monday of the week they listed. Shipped two days later. They delayed the "final prep" date a couple of times but it arrived during the last estimate.

I also got the emails from Ford but they would be a couple of days after the tracker updated.

I ordered from Suntrup Ford Kirkwood in St. Louis and they did what they needed to do. No markups or unwanted add-ons. Will see how they do on service.

Mine went from "built" to "order received" but dealer confirmed "shipped" so tracker definitely has some glitches

That has been going on for a while. It seems that when the tracker goes back to only showing order confirmed (after being built). you generally see the shipped status within 24 hours. At least that was the case for me and a few others in February.

Tracker just moved back to “confirmed” so I’ve read that’s a good sign shipping is soon.

mine shows as “built“ on the tracker after showing in production since last week. Yesterday 4/19 appeared under in production, then today it went to built.

When I do the module link, it only shows
