OP, get 4-5 quick offers from the auto buyers like Carvana, etc. and see where that goes. Those should be quick, no BS, you instantly get the check deals where you don’t need to deal with tire kickers who have to ask their wife..

If not enough $, you’ll have a starting point to sell privately. .

I liked the styling, mpg, and my wife wanted it. I also liked the offroad appeal.... Now she misses the full-size. Typical vanity reasons, you could say. That and there are just not many out there. Kicking myself for realizing it too late. Luckily I won't have to deal with inflated finance rates, the sales tax thing will suck though.

I like the off road capabilities, ground clearance and suspension on a Tremor a lot. Parking, maneuvering and MPG are a few of many positive things I like about my hybrid XLT.

You'll make the greatest profit selling it privately. The appeal and interest levels should be high.

I talked to a dealer today and they offered me 33k. I'm gonna clean it this weekend and take photos and put it up for 40k.

I can give you a data point: A local dealer in TX gave me $36K for my XLT (with no lux pkg). I took it only bc I got an allocation for a GR corolla (and we still have a FE Hybrid Mav).

Took the 36 as trade in, knowing I would also be saving on taxes for the GRC purchase (so net around 38K for the "trade-in").

Awesome thanks! I'm gonna list it for 40k I don't need to trade it in. My wife and I are trading her vehicle in so we will get the tax credit for that.

Doug Demuro has a site called Cars And Bids, which sounds interesting. You might research listing it there. I know nothing about it other than seeing him advertise it on his videos.

Really it comes down to what the market will bear and location is king. Try Carmigo they advertise for you and line you up with a buyer for a cut when it’s sold. I’m not sure what the cut is but that’s what I think their business model is… worth looking at or be the nice guy and break even on the sale.
Maybe it’s just me and all I would want was to break even. Karma is a bitch that kicks me in the ass at every opportunity she gets..

I sold my father-in-law’s Tremor a couple of weeks ago. It was a Lariat with all the bells and whistles and had a little over 400 miles on it. Givemethevin paid the most at $43,500. So that was basically what my father-in-law paid for it with sales tax here in Texas.
