Odd help needed from those who have lowered their trucks...

I'm a solid mechanic. Got my Eiback rear lowering springs on trouble free. Started on the front, and of all things to get stuck on, I can't get the wiper arms off no matter what I try, so I can move on to actually installing the springs. How in the world did you get your wiper arms off.....?

Great job at making assumptions while adding no value. I own a Powersports business, and design and manufacture parts for a living. Part of being a good mechanic is knowing when not to grab a booger hammer and destroy something. Clearly you don’t know the answer, as you had nothing to offer…

Put the hood down and flip the wipers up. They come right off assuming you removed the nut.

Not a dumb question. Oddly enough, that’s the first step of stripping layers of trim to get to the top of the shocks. I was taken off guard as much as you, trust me…

The image above is what I used as that's all I could find locally, ***BUT*** it was the one that would not reach to the center of the bolt stud. So I used a small wood wedge and slid it under the plastic bolt on the tool, it took a bit of finagling but I was able to get the wiper arm pried up.

I ended up taking it back to the auto parts store and getting a refund. I'll order a larger (wider) tool from Amazon should I need one in the future.

LOL, well it’s just like several other late model Fords, but you wouldn’t want me to tell you to remove the rubber caps, both 15mm bolts, then use a wiper arm removal tool or small gear puller to remove the arm if struck, right?

I’ve done all that, (I stated I was mechanically sound, but you just took a shot at it “LOL”) with no luck, thus the reason I posted. You’ve posted enough already. Kudos to the others willing to help.

This - you should not need a puller, once the nuts are off the wiper arm tension cocks them slightly, but just enough to make 'em hard to pull.

Looks like you only need to remove all that plastic up top and the wipers if you want full clear access to the bolts on top. You can squeeze in there if you remove some clips and bolts and just pull that plastic piece that covers the top of the strut. Posted some videos of lift-kit install but just follow the steps to remove the top strut bolts:
