Why can't I use Fordpass reward to purchase accessories?

I tried to use the computer browsers and Fordpass app. I only see the credit card option.I can't see this kind of page.
Anyone has the same problem?

Ford pass points are wonky- Fairway ford in Ohio can use points and offers better pricing usually even after shipping fee

I just bought the Modular bedliner a couple days ago...used the 42,488 points I had in my account for $212.44 off of the discounted GET15 price. Easy.

This was done on the accessories.ford.com website, BTW. On 3/22/23. I chose the no-rush shipping, but it is still coming on 3/27/23 via Fedex.

That was my order confirmation, emailed to me once I made the order on the Ford page. Sweet that they took off the pint value before calculating my 5% sales tax on only the balance.

It does tend to constantly log me in and then I have to re-log in at times. Ford has a real IT department problem in more than one area....

You can use Ford points for accessories. The easiest way is to order through the parts dept at your dealer like I did for these floor mats. They will look up your account and cash in your points.

I just went to the Accessories website. Made it all the way to confirming my order with zero issues. Not sure what to tell you. Seems to be working for me. Make sure you don't have an ad blocker on. That could be causing issues.

They suck. Ordered sill protectors and they sent me tailgate letters. Returned them and they were supposed to send my door sills when they got the letters back. Got a pkg yesterday and it was the friggin letters again I called again and told them to just give me my damn points back. I know if I try to get my sill protectors some dumbass in the warehouse will reach into the mismarked bin and send me those tailgate letters back!
