I am under the same impression as you. Things took a sideways turn in my relationship with Ford and its dealership at the start of this month.I tried Chrome, Edge, and Maxthon browsers. No one works. I kind of think it's related to my account.
Yes...for some reason, my dealer isn't listed either...but an even smaller dealership about 100 miles away is. Go figure.My problem was not being able to ship it to the dealer but had no problem ordering rollup tonneau using points + money and shipping it to my house for $8.

Ordered sill protectors and they sent me tailgate letters. Returned them and they were supposed to send my door sills when they got the letters back. Got a pkg yesterday and it was the friggin letters again I called again and told them to just give me my damn points back. I know if I try to get my sill protectors some dumbass in the warehouse will reach into the mismarked bin and send me those tailgate letters back!
As an update, after calling them five times now , I still have not received my points back. I'm having issues as well. When I try to use my point, it takes me to an error page. I was able to order a couple of items yesterday from Ford accessories for the 20 percent Summer discount. However, I was not able to use my points.I tried to use the computer browsers and Fordpass app. I only see the credit card option.I can't see this kind of page.
Anyone has the same problem?
