Looks like everything you say is correct. You order summary says "Time of Preview" at 10/13/2022 at 11:52:32. I wonder if your dealer forgot to "Submit" or whatever they do to complete the update. I did and update on my order to add SIBL. I have a preview date/time like yours, but right next to it, i have a Receipt: date. Weird though, the receipt date is my original order date. I would talk to your dealer.

I was surprised when I was looking over my Window Sticker for over an hour with my glasses on, and I still could not locate the '360 Assist' Package on my options list. I was starting to believe my eyes were playing tricks on me.

I placed the order for my Maverick back on September 16, 2022; but at a later date (October 12, 2022), I called my sales associate to add the '360 Assist Package' after I had discovered that Ford made the decision to separate the Assist Package from the Co-Pilot 360. She told me she added it and sent me a new Order Sheet (Picture below) showing the 360 Assist package was added to my order at an extra cost of $750, which I was okay with.

I'm the first to admit that I am not the sharpest individual with the eyesight of a hawk, but the pictures below show I am not suffering from early stages of Alzheimer's. Unless someone can see something that proves otherwise, please let me know before I call my sales associate to find out why it was removed and/or deleted from my order without any notification.

I'm in almost the same situation. I had a rollover order and the dealer sent me the order sheet to sign. I specifically told them it was missing the 360 assist package, they added it to the order and I signed off on it. My truck came in last week and I was trying to figure out how to use the adaptive cruise control when I realized it wasn't on the vehicle. I feel like an idiot for not noticing sooner.

I contacted the dealer and have been going back and forth with them. First they offered me a 5 year extended warranty or to they would just buy it back for what I paid. Told them neither of those get me what I ordered and waited a year and a half for.

Trying to work with the GM at the dealer who floated the idea of ordering a 2024 when the banks open and then buying back the 23 for what I paid when it comes in.

Its a crappy situation all around because the dealers can't just find another one to resolve these issues for people.

I don't know where in the ordering spectrum the ball was dropped, but they had ample time to discover and rectify the issue. I really wanted the 360 Assist option on my truck...fawwwwk!

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. When I ordered on 9/16 the sales manager said best case wait time was 6-8 months, worst was a year. I didn't even think about switching to an EB because I wanted a hybrid with a lot of the bells and whistles. This will probably be my last new car purchase (I fall into the old retired dude club) so I got what I wanted. To those rollover orders yet to be fulfilled, I am truly sorry yours has not yet been built. It's really hard to understand Ford's way of doing business.

I contacted and spoke with the lady who's been assisting me from day one. She was very surprised to see that the order didn't get submitted correctly. She provided proof showing the emails she sent to the department at the dealership who submits the orders to Ford. I was already aware that she did it because she CC'd me in the email when she notified them.

Anyways, the only option she gave me was cancelling my order or purchasing the vehicle at the original price when the order was placed, minus the $750 for the 360 Assist -- which now comes out to be $34,505. I've decided to go with the latter.

It's May 5th and still have not received my 5th, 45 day, email that was expected on April 30th or May 1st. Maybe Ford is scheduling my truck (probably not). Maybe Ford decided to stop sending this worthless email to put some effort into building trucks. Maybe Ford is celebrating Cinco de Mayo the whole week or month. Maybe ?????

Do you ever chat with Ford and see what they tell you? On my order that picked up in March, I never received any emails from Ford including when it was scheduled. I got my VIN and all my railcar info from chat.

FYI I am also in the "didn't get all the stuff I wanted" boat.

There is a thread on how to install the A360 adaptive cruise+ lane centering. It's $600 in parts, a few hours of work, and computer reprogram. I may do it sometime.

But it will be easier to install the hitch they also forgot.... :(

I was lucky and was able to purchase a loaded Hybrid Lariat Jan 16th from Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville AL. Super dealer MSRP and honored X plan. Customer backed out.

Did your WBDO build order sheet show both the $650 360 Co-pilot and the $750 360 Co-pilot assist options? What about the window sticker?

Finally got my 5th, "Sorry,but blah,blah, blah" email on May 11th. I decided to called Ford Customer Service. It was a civil conversation, but all I got out of it was, "My order is being processed" (meaning, Not scheduled). Nothing they can do. Go see my dealer, request priority change, but no guarantees. At this point, I think a MY24 will be an option. Lucky for me, I don't need a vehicle now. My 2010 Lincoln MKZ is running great, though, starting to rust and costing me a few bucks in tires, brakes and battery.
I normally keep my cars 10 years, but nothing tripped my trigger in 2020, until I came across the Maverick Hybrid. Right now, I can wait, but , why is this so hard for Ford.

It now looks like I won't be getting my 2023 Maverick Hybrid Lariat and it will be rolled over to a 2024. From what I understand, there will be some price protection. I wanted the Lux, cp360 and 360 assist packages and they will be standard on the 24 Lariat.

Unfortunately, Ford has dropped the Alto Blue color that I really wanted. Bummer! I may have to go with Atlas Blue or Oxford White. I don't like the flat colors or any gray.

Having only one interior color (blue/brown) option in the Lariat makes it hard to find an interior/exterior combination that I like.

I've talked to my dealer. I'll be going there on July 10th to get the 2024 options list and will be at there door step first thing on the 17th.
