Not really, but I am not 100% thrilled with the entire thing. Mine's been back to the dealer 3 times (4 if you count the oil change) and I'm kind of waiting to see how things play out.

Quality issues are a concern, that said the vehicle is exactly what I hoped it would be and I like it a lot.

Bad seat belt sensor, broken rear window regulator and air bag recall. Also my bed accessory wires are dead.

Some of this can be chalked up to first model year blues. I don't think there is anything new or unusual about the window regulator though - probably the same one used on the escape and bronco sport, etc., so that is a concern.

If something big goes I will get it fixed under warranty then trade it and go with a different manufacturer. I don't have time to keep running back and forth to the dealer and hoping it doesn't keep breaking. We never had anything like this happen with our toyotas, mazdas or kias.

The OP really should've had the option for "Yes and No", since it isn't just "all good", it never is. With that stated, my vote is for "Yes, unfortunately".

The Mav is a nice SUV, even comfortable for my 6'4" frame. The ride in itself isn't much different from my 25 years old F150 with gas charged shocks. Maybe the Mav is missing the gas charged shocks/struts. The rattling engine noise, rather the injection pump, is just awful. Not being able to do anything about that noise just bites. When I test drove the Mav a year, or two ego, I did not notice the noise underneath the hood. Had I known what I know now, I'd probably purchased a Ridgeliner instead.

The other issue is the telemetry data that Ford collects, weather I want it or not. That, and forcing me to install the FordPass app to remotely start the engine, since the remote control does not have that option. At the time when I added the remote start to my order, it did not state that this will require installing an app on the smart device. There are other minor annoyances, but those I can live with.

On the other hand, it does what I needed for and not the worst thing to drive. The keyless entry, where the doors unlock/locks by the movement of the hand, is really nice and I love this feature. I have my doubts that EB 2.0 engine will last as long as my previous Ford, the chances are that I won't need it as long.

I think maybe more Less than Expected than remorse. Technically inside dash/console seem behind times and low quality graphically. No parking sensors. Plus splitting co-pilot and shipping some without the assist(mine). Noisier interior than thought especially at higher speeds. People keep saying about Expect for the price!! Ford said under 20k Mine was 38k so I had expectations. Especially since 11/4/21 order is a cricket.

No. The folks unhappy are the ones who have had battery and charging issues since the 780 mile mark and so far no sign of root cause.
I was more referring to the folks who early on complained about how cheap the plastic is and stuff like that. Which there were a bunch of on this forum earlier on in the release cycle of the Maverick.

Like my dude, I was talking about the folks who complained without having any of those issues.

I think the only reason the number of used Mavericks is higher than the SC is because of the number of people who ordered two just to get one, or were speculating on potential profits by reselling them. The SC numbers are most likely people who decided that it's not for them.
Also Ford has literally sold like twice as many Mavericks than Hyundai has sold Santa Cruzes.

This truck is the first vehicle I've ever ordered, and that a vehicle I couldn't even see nor sit in nor test drive. My sig tells the story: I picked it up 29 days before my 74th birthday, with all of the extras I couldn't otherwise order on the original 2022. I love it. I see there are several owners in my age group, so I understand the attraction to the Maverick.

A little remorse for the one that got away. I bought a cactus gray hybrid XLT in October ‘22 and got 0.9% financing. I really like the truck.

A ‘23 hybrid lariat Lux w/360 assist I ordered (rolled over from a ‘22) arrived last month. The best financing I could find was 4.5%, I wasn’t going going to get the trade-in value for my XLT I’d hoped, and I didn’t like the color of the lariat (Area 51) as much as the cactus gray. I decided not to take delivery of the lariat and decided to keep the XLT. I still really like the XLT but I find myself thinking about some of the features I would have had with the lariat.

Yeah, I've had mine for almost a month now, and I'm loving it.

But I'm going from a 2011 Nissan Versa, and when adjusted for inflation, I paid almost the exact same amount for my XLT as I paid for that hatchback twelve years ago. I expected the same build quality... and got the same build quality. I think the folks who have been unhappy are those who are expecting a higher end vehicle than what they're buying.
Got a great price at Granger, and coming from a 2006 Honda Element and a 1997 Ford Ranger before that, I find the ride to be pretty smooth and quiet. Great fuel economy compared to my previous rides as well.

That’s awesome! I bought mine from a buddy of mine for $600 about 3 years ago. It needed a good amount of work, as it continues to need. But I put about 400-500 miles a week and she keeps going!
They simply can't be killed.

I cant understand how anyone COULD have buyer's remorse (as long as they ordered one and received at ordered price). The truck is a great value and if you no longer wanted it could most likely get your money back easily.

Almost 6 months in and this is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I am very happy I waited. I’ve always liked trucks but never could justify owning one since my needs are very modest so when the Maverick came out it was perfect. I was originally going to buy a more expensive vehicle but was able to get what I think was a better fit for what I wanted for a lot less money. I’m hoping to keep mine for a long time.

I'm in the still waiting category. I have a build date of 3/29/23 that moved to the left from 4/1/23.
