Purchased my Maverick locally!

Well I’ve been waiting with no word or updates from my dealer or ford since September 19 for news of my Tremor build. I found a 22 Maverick for sale locally 30 minutes from my house! Great guy who took amazing care of the vehicle. I made the purchase officially today and brought it home!

XLT 2.0 AWD-Cactus Gray (1,500 miles)
Moon Roof, Lux, Rear Window, Co-pilot, FX4, Trailer Hitch, Drop In Bed Liner, Bed Rails/D Rings, Upgraded Wheels, Upgraded tires Wild Peak AT’s.

I wasn’t sure about the purchase at first but dealing with the seller was way more enjoyable than a dealership.

I hope you didn't overpay for it. I'm assuming purchasing from the owner was a lot more pleasurable experience and they priced it accordingly so you didn't get ripped off. I like the spec by the way. The silver/grey FX4 wheels look nicer and more aggressive than the all black versions.

Im very happy with the price. With the features, trim and mileage, I feel very good as I came out slightly under its msrp. Way better than paying $5k over price at a dealership for 20,000 miles.

I’m a huge fan of the wheels the OP has on his Mav. I know he purchased it used, but I didn’t think you could get those wheels without the 4K Tow package(?).

I worked through the options on the Build and Price website and also at the dealer when placing my order, and it was a no go without adding the 4K package. I don’t need the 4K, so I stopped at FX4….. but damn, I love those wheels.

If you just have the four pin, you don't have the 4k tow. 4k tow has the seven pin connector
