Once the truck goes into production and you recieved a window sticker. Does that sticker change or get updated once the build is over?

Or is what you see is what you get?

What you see if what you get, UNLESS the dealer is going to install it, what is missing?

Yep, what's on geh sticker is what the factory is doing. If it's floor mats the dealer may handle. If it's the Lux package it's not on the build.

Literally everything. Lux, fx4, 4k, 360. Window sticker is showing a barebones XLT. Only thing correct is the colour.

I believe it is show time with the dealer to get some answers.

I'm thinking so to. The truck was officially built yesterday.

Ouuuch, do you have the DORA sheet from the original order?

Dealer removed stuff to "get you built sooner" without asking... and if you refuse the truck because it's not what you ordered: "Oooooo no, Don't walk away... please... what could I possibly do with a barebones XLT I can sell for whatever markup I want?"

The last thing I received was the preview order in September in which I signed electronically and it clearly has all the options that I initially ordered along with the correct price. I got confirmation that the truck order went through from the salesman but never got any updated paperwork. I suppose that's my fault for not asking for a submitted copy of the order. I initially ordered at the beginning of 2022 and the process was the same. I'm also located in Canada so whatever I see has to be passed through the dealership.

Really hope that's not the case. Going to contact the dealer and see what kind of excuse they throw at me.

That's sounds like the DORA to me. As long as that sheet shows everything correctly ordered then the only way those packages would've been cut was if the dealer did it. Ford doesn't drop major features off of customers vehicles like that.

Looks like the dealer is trying to switch this order on you. Probably another customer cancelled order. If you had the oringinal order confirmed by Ford with the options, then this is not your truck unless the dealer took those options off without your knowledge.

Have you contacted the dealer and ask them?

Could be the dealer used the same order number for more then one order. Read a thread on here about someone’s order showed online as a transconnect van instead of a maverick. But he got the maverick he ordered with out any drama. So don’t let all the people with tin foil on their heads freak you out. Stop by the dealership or call ford customer service.
