I am liking how this looks. The Tremor added 1" suspension lift and the tires added another 3/4" inch. Trying to decide if I also add the the 4WP coil spring lift which would be another 1" up front and 3/4" in the rear. Whatcha think? I want it to feel proportional, and I think if I go too high it won't feel proportional.

looks good!

those tires would need to be 2 inches taller to get 1 inch of lift. :D

Yes, not quite 2" larger diameter, but they are 1.5" bigger diameter, so that's 3/4" :)

As for lifting it, I would think hard on doing a spring lift on a Tremor. Taller springs could result in a harsher ride given the assumption that the Tremor combo (as is most offroad setups) is soft spring/stiff shock. The spring are already selected for offroad ride quality. A spacer would not change that. I think a 1" or 1.5" lift would be perfect on a Tremor. If you arent in a rush maybe wait until we find out the spring rate on the Tremor, if its the same as FX4 go for it, but if its not then I would go with a spacer.

Looks great, nicely "balanced". I would leave it as-is myself.....more lift, might start to look off.

At least live with it for a while, see how you like it first. Can always add the lift later, if you choose.

The inside of the fender wells is some soft fabric type material and, yes there is a tiny rub while in reverse and fully cranked. My 4runner did the same and after the tires had a few months of wear on them, they never rubbed. So, this is effectively "does't rub"

I came to decide the exact same thing today. If I lift anymore, the space between the top of the tire and the wheel well will be too big and I think it will look unbalanced. It will feel like it needs bigger tires, but bigger tires don't fit.... so this is gonna be it... at least for now. Thanks for the input!

Nothing wrong with maxxing out the stock hardware! Add a tune and a nice muffler and you got a sweet stock ride.

The truck looks great! I am thinking of purchasing the Nomad Grapplers. After you get a chance to use them please report back on your thoughts. Quiet, or noisy on the highway, good or poor handling, how do they handle snow and ice?

I'm curious if it makes sense to modify the tremor too much or you might mess up the ride quality and balance. Wouldn't it have been better to get an fx4 if you planned on modifying suspension?

I could be wrong
