My dealer got back to me and said everything is still on track for my order (but it is still not scheduled). They did send me a screenshot of the Maverick Lead to Order Program for my order. Is this the same thing as the ROVP system?

Funny enough, she said she had multiple email from multiple customers that had Bartz's youtube video when she got into work this morning. It's probably getting tiring getting a whole bunch of emails and phone calls every day asking about our orders. lol. I will give them credit though, they have been very professional in all of our exchanges.
Maybe the dealers need to be a little more proactive than just sitting back and cut and paste the same response.

Congratulations!

I ordered an XLT hybrid + 110v in cab +air deflectors+ full size spare. Left of bedliner because dealer said it was a hold up.

They took my driver's licence, had me sign order, and took $500 down on the order.

I got confirmation email from Ford the same day.

My dealership said there's >40 hybrids ahead of mine. The last allocation my dealership got 6 hybrids and 23 Ecoboost.

I'll just wait another 6 months while Ford allocates 6 hybrids a month to my dealership.

You won the lottery. Congrats.
I don't understand what "allocations" are, I think. Is it how many they are allowed to order that month?

Yeah...and even if they do. My dealership got all of that information, the copy of my DL...all that...my signed order form...literally everything. The order supposedly went through on 8/09 and I still do not have confirmation from Ford (or anyone) that the order itself has even been accepted yet. I can wait, though, so it's not a big deal..but still. It all feels so off kilter at the moment, at least here.
I ordered mine 2 months before you, on June 10th...have not heard a word or update about mine. I didn't even add anything on mine that was on backorder at the time. It angers me a bit knowing all these people that ordered literally months later have a VIN or build date already and i haven't got a single update. And yes i asked them about one a couple weeks ago...nothing.

Ordered my mav back in June and all I have is a Order Confirmed. Went to dealer website and they have 3 for sale with Vin numbers and says in Transit. I though customer orders came before dealer orders. BTW $1999 addn dealer markup on those.
Gotta "love" the dealer markups. One 25 miles away has a retail order due in mid October with a $2500 markup. Hope it sits in the showroom forever.

I ordered mine 7/8 and received order confirmation from Ford the same day. Have not received build date yet. I don't see an order number on the paperwork. Mine does have priority 19 on it. What is priority 10? What is priority 19? I have the splash guards added to my build. Not sure if I can remove them at this point. The only other thing I have that my be backorder is the spay in bedliner.

I just had a very informative conversation with my dealer and he gave me what may be the best explanation of why some people are getting build date ahead of others with an earlier order date even though they ordered the exact same vehicle. It seems that Ford is putting priority on your reservation date when pulling through orders to be scheduled. I know in my case, my reservation date (7/14) is a full month earlier than my order date (8/16). So I'm curious about the people getting build dates that have only recently ordered, as to what their reservation dates were. Maybe we should be tracking that on the order tracker as well considering this information. BTW, I would highly recommend my dealer (D&D Ford in Greer, SC) to anyone living in northern GA, western NC and the Upstate of SC, or anyone else than doesn't mind traveling a greater distance.

I welcome any feedback on this from those of you that are still waiting for build dates.

I ordered 8/16 Lariat hybrid with 360. Got my dealer email the next day. Since then been "processing." I just called my dealer today and changed to EcoBoost. Hope that speeds it up for me. The dealer said he thought it would.
Anyone else have luck after changing to the regular engine?

Can anyone confirm what an order number looks like? I was given a number like D5XX, which seemed a little short. I am not sure if this is just a local dealer assigned tracking number or really a Ford issued number.

Your order number or order code is a letter and 3 numbers, yes. If you call Ford marketing, 800-334-4373 they can look up your status. They can usually just look it up by your name, but they may ask for your order code or sales code. The sales code, at least for me, is a letter and 5 numbers.

My dealer stated there were 29 Maverick orders in front of me when I ordered.

I believe that having my order priority code at 10 instead of the default 19 that gets entered from the order software helped. I ordered from the Fleet Manager who was in a separate building from the main sales force. So I think that those 29 orders in front of me were really behind me with the default 19 priority code.

If your order is not at priority 10 you could ask them to have it changed to 10. The Fleet Manager I worked with had no issue doing so.

It also helped that my order was pretty simple.

Ford was previewing me each week and only when I removed those "late availability" and "constrained" items did I get selected.

I'm not huunvubu, but I asked for priority 10 because I was the first Maverick order at my dealership.

It never hurts to ASK.

Wow!!! Angry much.

There are lots of videos and advice here and elsewhere talking about asking for the Priority Code 10 when ordering. Even Tim Bartz of Long McArthur in his videos mentions to ask for Priority 10.

As for who I am: just a bloke who asked.

Yes Ford has confirmed that they have my order based on the info from the DORA. They said the dealer likely didn’t input my email address when my order was submitted.
I received confirmation of order on 6/30 for xlt hybrid on 9/8 I signed up on ford.com to check my status they show no orders or reservations for me.i contacted my dealer they said order was in. I go back to email from Ford on 6/30 and it's been changed to a welcome member confirmation. So now what should I do wait it out or reorder from dealer again. Also I do have the soft tonneau cover and removable bed mat so I'm sure it's gonna be awhile until I'm scheduled.
