I honestly feel sorry for them, all they get to deal with is frustrated people literally all day long. It's certainly not the poor customer service rep's fault that our trucks haven't been scheduled, and I'm confident they'd much rather be giving us good news than bad.Yeah they tell you in a real chipper young teenager voice….Great News! You are in order processing! How exciting! ……you just want to reach through the phone and choke them after waiting 15 months already!
