Well this is a bummer. No maverick for me this year. Santa really let me down 😔

10/16 was the original start day for the first MY24 pushed back 2 days.

I had a dream last night that my Maverick did not get scheduled. I guess dreams do come true, too bad it wasn’t the dream where I won the lottery that came true instead

Wow, Ford, you let the XL orders down again! So, if my order does not get scheduled in December, it will be at least 16 months or more before I receive my order from 9/20/22. What a bummer it is seeing new orders from July and August getting scheduled before the rollovers! And remember Ford, you said the rollovers would get priority!!!! You also said that most if not all of the 23 Ecoboosts would be built during the 23 model production. Every 45 days, it has been one let down after the other.
They have priority within dealer's allocations and parts constraints.

Looks like my 2022 I ordered may actually become a 2025 delivered in late 2024. :)

Yes 3 more days to order an XL. But unless you hit the dealer allocation jackpot, you probably won't get it until late next year.

I think 10/16 was the Monday of the first 24 production week. They have now narrowed it down to the 18th as the first day.

Yes, I have heard that news, also. Doesn't help me one bit. Also, Ford did not explain that in their message that rollovers would have priority. I can't even get an Ecoboost and Ford encouraged us to change to Ecoboost in December of 2022.

The Lariat trim was the shortest line to be in if you wanted a scheduled truck. Mainly because orders for the XL and XLT have exceeded capacity. People jumped on the XLT as Ford promised to produce these in greater quantities than the other trims. But that line is the longest for the wait due to the shear number of people that have ordered one. We have two on order both Lariat hybrids. One a 23 rollover and the other a new order. Both have been scheduled for October. The only option on both a moon roof.

I foresee a lot of XLTs being scheduled once the wheels and tires are back at normal stock level (maybe a shipment of wheels got delayed)

It's all a balance game for Ford, and a frustrating balance game to us.

Ask the dealer ( Romeo Ford, Mi. ) about allocations, not sure if I explained it correctly or clearly but the response was we’re getting 40 Mavericks in November.
had nothing on my order and was told to wait for the Ford email.
