Went to see the Mav today and came away thoroughly impressed. The inside did not feel cheap like I thought it would. Was pretty slick and felt great. Stereo sounds fantastic and touch screen was super responsive. Front seats were very comfortable and back seat while not as comfortable as front....still comfortable. If you're 6 ft or over....front seats are fine...back seat tight. Anyone under 6ft will be fine anywhere in the vehicle. The truck looks and feel great...blew me away.

Also, truck was averaging 31 with mixture of city and highway on summer blend 87 octane. That's impressive.

The only 2 negative I could come up with were 1. The vehicle is short and sits lower than I thought. 2. Ford has the cheapo sound barriers along the bottom that looked to already be very flimsy. Overall exceeded my expectations.

That could be a positive as the lower ground clearance (let's face it, most of these will never see dirt) will make it a bit more difficult for catalytic converter theft.

Yeah worst mine will see is parking in a grass field or driving down a gravel driveway.

Hoping to see my first one tomorrow (Thursday) at Crossley Ford in Liberty, Mo. Might be the same truck.

I see a 0 MPH in the middle of the dash is that a digital readout for MPH as well as the dial.

Lower to the ground was actually a selling point to my wife, she didn't want something sitting up high. Everything else was the selling point for me, especially the FX4 and Tow packages.

And as someone with small children that struggle getting up into my Grand Cherokee, this is also a good thing for my family. After seeing it in person, it also has an aggressive (I think) and sporty stance.

Probably talking about the underbody floor pans / splash shields that are on the underside.

My 2020 Escape has them, they tend to flap at higher speeds, can feel the vibration through the floor boards.
Yep that's exactly what it is

I‘ve sat in one, both driver’s and back seats. Perfect height, no climbing up or crawling down to get in, exiting was just as uneventful. I’m 5’10”. My wife, around 5’1” had zero issues as well. Our Fusion is a “crawl down to enter” in my opinion for reference.
