last night Tim confirmed during livestream that dash board looked darker than non BAP but no other details about interior. I doubt they using XL parts. Lots of people assumed that but these pics already show not using black grill bar from XL and not using side mirrors from XL. they are painted black so not just grabbing XL parts

I have Shadow Black XLT FX4 with off road, etc. and it is BLAAAACK all over exterior with exception of FX4 lettering. A little bit too much black. I assume BAP would make it even blacker, so not sure about it looking better on a Shadow Black.

I thought they would be all black (or a combo of gloss/matte black or even like mine gloss black/black chrome)
Matte wheels seem like an odd choice as well

But the interior is the big draw, so hopefully we will get to see that soon

I am disappointed with everything I have seen so far, except the headlights. I do like those, but everything else is crap in my opinion. Has me torn for sure. I will go look at mine when it comes in, if it ever comes in, but I may keep my '22.

I completely agree, I think the iconic silver is what makes it look odd. It would probably look better paired with shadow black, cyber orange, or possibly area 51 but even that one might look a little odd. I think the BAP is best suited for the darker or bold, vibrant colors.

I thought that it might be the silver throwing it off too.

$1,645 for that, and they don't even black out the lettering on the tailgate for you?

I'm sure some think spending $1,730 for the XLT luxury package is a waste, so my opinion is just that, an opinion.

I don’t see the handles painted body color. I read that the lariat wld keep body color handles . Best color for BAP is contrast lighter colors. I believe the ford logo is black too. I’m pleased with it. But I plan to paint the handles if they’re a cheap flat Black plastic. At least I finally got a maverick.

The handles aren't painted gloss black like the mirror caps on the XLT. Which I am also very disappointed about. They remain the same MIB textured plastic as the XLT I have now.

Really hoping the Lariat has color matched handles like the marketing photo shows. Textured black handles like the XLT shows above would be a major downgrade.

While I like all of it, it’s p expensive for what it is. You get all of this with the tremor package as well so I find that a much better deal.

obviously this is the only option for hybrids though. Always love blacked out vehicles.
