The private transition offer is supposed to help make up for the increase).
So he should get the private offer though right? Which should cover the price increase but he loses any financing that was in place? And if the private offer was available would it show on the dealer's computer?

Yes …..the private offer is attached to my order. Chat told me that. Of course a private offer is only valuable if they ever actually build my truck!

Well that is good news, that is a lot of money in that offer so good that you will get it. And I am confident your truck will get built. Suggest you keep in touch with your dealer on a regular basis to make sure they are following up.

You are an EB order at Priority 10. While it sucks they screwed up your order (and please reflect that in your post-purchase business decisions) you are in a good position. Unless the dealer has already run out of allocations, EB orders are way under capacity for Ford and being a 10 means you are as high as your dealer can make it unless they put everyone in the same level.

Even at a paltry 7,000 production per month, Ford schedules the last EB order for June (allocations notwithstanding). So, it might take longer than you want but it should happen.
As we've seen - Ford is not just building retail orders only. There is dealer stock and fleet being produced as well. I assume with the Tremor scheduling that they are only doing 1 week of Tremor production each quarter.

I think I'll see a build date in July

Some of you know that I am a scheduled rollover and that my dealer changed my order number when they were only supposed to change my priority code from a 99 to a 10 So Ford could change it to a 02.. By doing so Ford did not change me to a 02 priority. I of course have not been scheduled like many of you rollover guys. I just checked today and I am still a 10. My question is ….can I get scheduled as a 10 or do I have to be a 02? Am I just thrown in now with all the new orders? I ordered in Oct of 21 but does Ford have any way of knowing that now? My dealer won’t admit the mistake and refuses to contact anyone at Ford who could correct it. Ford itself is a real joke when it comes to trying to talk to someone who can actually tell you anything but “Your dealer would be the best person for you to talk to about your concern”. I have got that answer 5 times now. I would like to get excited on Thursdays again if I thought there was a chance I might get the email.
Your dealer can change the order number back to the order number it was when Ford pushed the 22 order in as a 23 order. Once they do that, they can reach out to their Sales and Inventory Manager and let them know that the canceled order #____ is ready to be lowered to priority 2 for scheduling.

Thanks Tim but unfortunately my dealer refuses to do anything about it. Even the sales manager who doesn’t really know much about it except what his ordering guy tells him says everything is fine. When I tell them I know that they shouldn’t have changed my order number they tell me not to believe what I read on the internet. At this point I really want to strangle them all. If there is nobody at Ford that I can talk to to go around these clowns I guess I will just have to wait till my turn comes around again….if it ever does. I would tell them
to shove it but I don’t want them profiting off a truck I’ve waited 14 plus months on already. I think with the special offer it will be a real bargain and I don’t want to lose it.

Send me a message with your information, the dealer information and as much of your 22 canceled order information and I will see what I can get done.

I'm in the same boat man. My problem is with the BAP though. My dealer won't remove it off my order ever since I made it September 19, 2022..... Tim even tried to help me with suggestions, like telling them to change the interior color in their system, which they claimed didn't work. They claim that the system won't allow them to remove the BAP for the entire last 3 months. That has to be complete BS! I can understand a system being down for periods of time, but not for 3 months. I think they just want me to keep it on there so that the profit margin is higher. I'm so pissed off and I will definitely never deal with that dealership again. But like you said, I will still take the truck and if it's not to my liking I will resell it on my own, so they can't benefit from it! I'm a new Ford customer and I'm already a former Ford customer.

Yes. I ordered maxed out Alto Blue ($40,000+ MSRP) on 04 Oct 2021 and was rolled to 23 on 16 Sep 2022. The order code changed and the priority code went from 19 to a 10.
Talked to Ford Customer Service on Monday 19 Dec. The lady gave me my VIN and a scheduled build date (not overly optometric) of 04 Jan.
