The divider attaches to the adjustable tie down cleat on the rails. A regular rail order comes with one cleat on each side. If you want extra adjustable tie down cleats, you will have to buy the extras.

Yes, spent 3 hrs at Long-Lewis Yesterday. There is no “tail light trailer wire” in the wiring harness. It is a mistake from the wiring harness provider. They put The part on order for my truck. Should be able to somehow temporarily clip into tail light wire if it becomes important enough to you.
