Looks like battery is giving the ignition(click sounds) but car won't start.

Any ideas please. I see these messages in the ford pass app

Sounds like you'll want to contact Ford Roadside Assistance in the morning to have it towed to your dealer to have it looked at under warranty. Unless, of course, someone has any suggestions on things you can try at home. Sounds like an issue with the fuel pump, though, which is something the dealer should generally handle.

Your vehicle purchase includes 5 years/60,000 mi of roadside assistance.

It sucks but anything mass produced can have teething issues. Let us know how the repairs progress.

Maybe the battery could not take the cold. Possibly not enought juice to run starter or fuel pump? Try charging it. Then get ( if it works) get a new battery through Ford.

Sounds like it needs to be winterized. Did you order it with the block heater, then have the dealership install trans pan heater, oil pan heater, and battery tender? You live in a cold climate, it’s hard on any vehicle.

Thanks guys.

I tried again now, is started after few attempts by itself.
So I went for a drive (20 miles) and came back(hoping that would charge the battery).

The check engine light is still on. Can I do anything for it to go away ?

I am fully weatherized in North Pole AK. I keep mine plugged in, and have zero issues starting. Block heater, trickle charger, oil pan heater, and transmission heater. Good luck.
