I am not a Chapman order. My dealer is Koch 33 Ford in Easton, PA. How does one "speak to the dispatcher?"
It's not some automated system the general manager can call up the shipping company and ask what's going on

Did you have experience with someone at your dealer doing this with your truck? Did it yield results?
Yes for the one I just got it was in the rail yard for a week and the general manager said he spoke to the dispatcher and found out that there was a truck broken which was causing the delay. Edit: added screenshot

Thanks. IDK if anyone at my dealer has a way of speaking to someone with the trucking company directly, but I would guess they do since the trucking company makes regular deliveries there. UPDATE: The United Road tracker just updated. My truck now has an ETA at the dealer of Monday, 12/19!
Man. I really feel for you. My father's truck has had an ETA of 12/14 since Tuesday night and it's still sitting there. Bring your expectations down to basement level 4 for your own mental health

Haha, yes, my ETA to dealership on United Road is...today. Does anyone know the trucking situation for activity over weekends? I suspect operations run 24/7 but I assume can also be specific to contractor, location, contract, etc.?

I've seen some delivered on a Sunday night. With the current driver shortage I think they're probably giving drivers all the OT they want.

Just got an email from my dealer. My truck has arrived, just needs to do predelivery inspections and such, then will be ready for me to take it away. I may get it this weekend, though more likely Monday or Tuesday.

Hey guys, my truck is literally being driven to the dealer right NOW! It's about an hour out. Hoping to contact the dealer after it arrives and have them send me some photos. Will ask them to pick up Monday morning if possible!
