@fordvideoguy The Memo says it is 61D that can be added to the SIBL at no cost. In the order guide, 61D is "BED TIE DOWN LOCKING RAILS w/2 LOCKING BRACKETS". In the memo its called "CARGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM".

I told my dealer 61D hoping that gets it done.

The first year did not count, My original 21 dealer never put my order in, and I did not find out till the banks closed. they never took a deposit.

Called my dealer today. He had no idea about the memo. He thanked me for bringing this to his attention and added the SIBL and Cargo Management System. I ordered my Maverick 10/1/21. Still waiting. Lariat, Hot Pepper Red, Lariat Lux Pack, C-Pilot360 Assist, Co-Pilot360. Not so sure "patience is a virtue" any longer.

No, SIBL and Bed Rail System are stand alone options on all trims.

You are right, order guide, memo, WBDO, and order sheet have 4 different names for the same feature making it easy to figure out. NOT!

61D is the option code. In WBDO it's called Cleat Tie-Down Kit C, on the order sheet it will be listed as 6 D Link Connectors. $225 is cost.

I netted out and compared the price for my originally ordered 22MY Maverick XLT that was canceled/transitioned to a Priority 02 23MY Maverick XLT. Keeping everything the same, both times I ordered an XLT with Lux Package, Manual Rear Sliding Window, and Co-Pilot 360. Of course for the 23MY I needed to separately add on the Remote Start System, SIBL and 6 D-Link Bed Connectors (CMS) since they were dropped from the 22MY's Lux Package.

With this set of options, the price for the 22MY added up to $25,320.

Assuming I receive the $225 CMS for free since both SIBL and CMS have been ordered, the 23MY's price for the same set of options adds up to $27,655.

This results in a net price increase of $2,335.

However, after applying the $2,750 Private Offer the 23MY Maverick has a net price of $24,905 - $415 LESS than equivalent 22MY Maverick. Nice.

But for me, there are two items that make the deal even sweeter. For my 22MY Maverick order, Ford had swapped out my SIBL with a Hard Drop-in Bedliner . AND in retrospect, I had decided that I really would have preferred Area 51 instead of my originally ordered paint. So for me, it was pretty awesome that this whole end-of-year "canceled/transitioned" ordeal provided the opportunity to correct ("re-do") my order - a VERY significant benefit.

Instead of receiving a 22MY Maverick in ~December 2022 as once projected, I'll be thrilled to receive a 23MY Maverick in ~February 2023 for ~$415 LESS and ordered exactly as I want it!

Of course I'll believe it when I see it...

Hopefully others will also benefit in the end.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. So it's okay to order both the SIBL (96G) and the (61D) and at some point the $225 discount will show up (maybe when window sticker is generated). $495 for both seems like a great deal and hopefully they don't become constrained, lol.

Well, Tim Bartz said it does work, but it also re-sets your "order date" to the date you make the change.
