Wish my dealer would tell me where I stand. They said they have no numbers. You should have an idea of how many mavericks were ordered and what number I am. Just kept getting unscheduled clean and it will be awhile.

Yes, it should show as a package discount on the window sticker for anyone that is built after their start date of the discount package and no I don't know what that date is.
Same situation for me. Thanks CommodoreBob and Tim

I am beginning to think that Ford just does not want to build the hybrid Maverick. I think the profit margin is just no there for them. I don't totally buy all this constraint item bull crap. I read on Ford Authority news that they are adding a third shift to meet the demand for the F150 lightning. Seams to me they would not be doing that if they did not have parts. The only reason people are drawn to the Maverick is it being sold with a hybrid. If you remove the hybrid option they would have no issues with building the vehicle. I for one will not switch my order to EB because I don't want it.
Hybrid Escapes, plug-in hybrid Escapes, and hybrid Explorers are all also constrained and difficult to get. I don't know for sure about the hybrid F-150......but I suspect that is in the same situation.

I'm not sure if a dealer could tell you what "number" you are. They could tell you the # of orders and your priority code. But constraints will be the biggest factor. Higher priority orders w/ constrained items will be skipped over for lower priority orders with no / fewer constrained options.

If they lowered it by $2k I would switch, but I don't see that happening.
There will be a large group of unhappy folks, regardless.

Ford offered free AWD to those that ordered FWD with 4K towing because of Ford's mistake.

I ordered a hybrid as soon as the order banks allowed. It's Ford's screw up - and Ford should make it right.

The EB FWD will absolutely have the lowest resale value. It's the version nobody wants. Give out a discount, or offer free AWD, or at the very least a drastically reduced cost to add it. You'd get a lot more bites on switching then.

I will bet we see little switch over and Ford will then annouce some sort of discount after the fact, making even more folks angry.

I hate to sound selfish but... Would this mean my XLT TAP, priority 10, in Oxford White, might show up soon?

How did you get this done? My dealer is telling me it’s not possible to make any adds or changes after a production date was scheduled (I’m Jan 2 and desperately want to add the SIBL/Cargo deal). 🤨
I saw the ford email and immediately called my sales rep this afternoon, hes squared away, i asked about the rail system+bedliner discount and we talked about adding it among other accessories. I stuck with the rail system and I added the blackout package since its under capacity and he confirmed the same production date (01/23). if your sales rep isn't informed then you got to do some product breakdown with him/her (add your pronoun) to get your situation squared away, don't know what else to tell you...

I just added the rail system with cleats and the black out package to my 23 maverick xlt fx4 w/bedliner and kept my production date of jan 23, lets go!
Good luck with that - BAP isn’t available with the FX4 package.

Hybrid bad!!! Ecoboost good!!! All hybrid orders switch, or at least half so the rest of us can get built.
The memo is not fake, I can tell you that. I'm trying to figure when we will see the discount package. Whether it be at time the window sticker is printed or if they just need to update the order system with the change. Also, trying to find out when it goes into effect. For this already scheduled with the combo, we'll they get it?
Thanks for checking Tim

You’re one lucky duck. I even sent my dealer screenshots of the memo and offer sheet. He sent back screenshots of the order bank saying “the scheduled order is no longer amendable” 😔 May push back and see if he will go up the ladder for approval, just no idea if that’s even possible or if he can reach that high up the ladder to get it done!

That's unfortunate...I wanted my bed sprayed and the tie-down system that used to be included in XLT Lux, but I'm in production right now. How much would it be to spray at the dealership? Anyone know?

I some information regarding when the discount package will be applied.

" Unfortunately, the order system is slightly behind, once the deal is running in the system it will automatically be applied to orders that have both option codes selected."

That would be scheduled and unscheduled orders.
Someone should nominate for Consumer Advocate of 2022. Thanks for reporting from the front line!

So, thought I got a 'deal' at 10% thinking it was for the drop-in liner for me XTL hybrid from the Ford website. Now see the spray-in available plus rails at discount, so I am screwed with the item ordered as I infer one cannot refuse it when shipped to the dealer.

Just at what point do all these things Ford is doing become a running Joke? And more importantly when do we simply toss in the towel and STOP trusting Ford?
