Raptor style grill & lights installed on Maverick XLT

My little buddy, Mowgli, got a new grill.

Picked it up off Ebay, as it was 235, compared to the 499 at shops.

Quality is good. It does require removing the front bumper cover, see Mr. Boom's video on grill removal on youtube.

You do have to drill holes in the grill, but there is witness marks, for the letters.

Lights were installed in grill. Came with a harness that plugged into them. The I tapped into the drivers side side marker light for power.

Did it comes with the letters on the grill already or did they come separate in a box and you had to put them on?

Separate. The back side of grill has places to drill holes. The letters then screw on from the back.

Looks pretty sweet and adds a different look that I'd consider maybe down the line.

Ah, so the letters (mostly) cover up the gap between the turn signal surrounds being separate. Seems to look better in practice than the product previews represented.

I kinda want the one with the LED 'fog' lights on the bottom of the grill. I guess I'd have to wire up a switch for those.

I have it saved on Ebay. It didn’t say it came with letters, so I have a message in to the seller. Nice price and looks great. How long did it take to make the switch?

?? Aren't all grills the same, with the exception of the ones with the forward radar/ACC thing?
