Tim mentioned this evening that Ford also did the same display removal on the Bronco. But he had two MY23 Broncos show up at his dealer and the display has returned. So, hope for those of us with the Lariat Lux we get our temperature display?

these mythical temperature displays you speak of, do they display set point or actual temp?

This video I posted yesterday shows climate control with the digital display in Park City, UT. Subbing will show you my list of over 90 mav only videos. I hope this helps.

Yeah, the rear window is a problem.

When the temp display on the temp selector dial was dropped, I was quite vocal about it (previous threads). I have now had my Mav since 1 August and must now admit I do not have a problem with the display being on the screen. It is actually less distracting when I am driving to see the display on the screen rather than looking down to see the temp selected on the dial. No big deal for me either way; I was complaining mostly about the fact that it was an item that I had "paid for" and it was removed!! :)

ok thanks, I'd be interested if it were actual temp.
I get that. I like having the set temp showing as it is easier to just look down there and see it than futz with the control for it to show up on the big screen. We have it in the Escape and it is convenient.

Ummm, I only look at the temp # when I’m changing it to adjust, my body tells me if I’m hot or cold I dont need a continuous read out.

Had my truck a month, this is truly a non issue….in my opinion of course.

Good Morning everyone.

I did see that it is back on Broncos for MY23. I would think that the Maverick would be the last in line to receive it since it is the least expensive model and the base XL actually had single zone auto climate where as the base bronco just had the cold (blue) to warm (red) dial.

However they are currently producing far more Broncos than Mavericks so they must have some confidence in the part be available moving forward.

At first I thought getting rid of it meant it was not displayed on the screen unless the dial is turned, but seems like it shows it on the screen all the time. Aesthetically, I prefer it on the dial, but as long as it displays it somewhere I'm not gonna complain about it. Especially if that little detail would be holding up making mine.
