Others that never got an Order Confirmation email from Ford?

To this day, I never received a confirmation email from Ford. My dealer insists that the order was placed.
(My order was a MY23, Hybrid, XLT, submitted 9/18/22)

1. Anyone also not receive confirmation email (and not worried about it).
2. Anyone NOT receive order confirmation, but later get other order status update emails?
3. Anyone have suggestions if I should worry, or call Ford?

Get your order number and sales code from dealer. Call ford and check order status.

I do have one of those order forms. Although at the bottom is does say "This order has not been submitted to the order bank"

It was well over a year ago, but my experience was reverse. Got all the emails from Ford, but dealership didn't communicate at all aside from asking me if I was still interested in a Ford Maverick (to which I replied, "I ordered one through you and am waiting patiently).
Emails from Ford=Good. Emails from dealer=worthless

You're probably good but your dealer didn't enter your email address.

With your order code and sales code Ford support chat should be able to look up your order and at least tell you if it exists or not.

Thanks everyone. I called Ford and they verified my order. Since it seems that the lazy dealer didn't input my email, I am at their mercy to tell me when there is a scheduling change. :(

Ford can fix your email for you, screw the dealer

Some one had a boiler plate email that he sent his salesman every week. There is this forum, and Ford customer service.

Yep! Some dealers enter the customers email and some don't.

My dealer indicated that my email was in the system but that certain domains were not compatible with Ford's automated system. My old @earthlink email from dial up days was being rejected by the system. Gave them my @gmail address and got an email about an hour later.

If you already have a Ford account, make sure you didn't tell them to not email you.

It took a week to get my confirmation email. While I don't know if my changing the setting back to allow emails was the reason I got the email, it can't hurt.
