Others that never got an Order Confirmation email from Ford?

Once the order goes into production you will be notified. The order has been converted to a 23 model year. To this day, I never received a confirmation email from Ford. My dealer insists that the order was placed.
(My order was a MY23, Hybrid, XLT, submitted 9/18/22)

1. Anyone also not receive confirmation email (and not worried about it).
2. Anyone NOT receive order confirmation, but later get other order status update emails?
3. Anyone have suggestions if I should worry, or call Ford?

I also never received paperwork email confirmation and it’s always puzzled by this because people say they did , however calling customer service they say im in schedule clean

Had the same issue. Call or chat with Ford. If you have your order code and sales code it’s an easy process. My dealer just butchered my email. Got it fixed in time to get the every 45 days email that says we are working on your order.
