ECOBOOST ONLY: Tracking Remaining MY22 Builds

With the move to December/impending cancellation of so many hybrid orders, I thought we should have a separate thread for those of us with remaining Ecoboost orders still scheduled for the 2022 model year. Let's share our information and encourage one another as we hopefully still get built over the course of the next month.

I did not vote in the poll, but my truck is at the dealer and pretty much ready to go. I just can't take it home yet because of the brake light recall.

Think we will have a pretty good idea next Tuesday if our trucks are going to be built or not. If no more pushbacks, they should get built. If they push again, then we likely won't.

I went by my local dealer (closed Sundays) to see my Maverick. Well, hopefully mine barring any dealer attempts to pull a fast one. They got another in the same day, a silver XL FWD EB with basically no options. I assume that was a customer order also. Both had sold signs in the window.

Good point. I forgot we can go change our "vote". I updated mine to show I already got bumped to week of 11/14 from 11/7. I think it safe to say the other few remaining 11/7 votes are inaccurate since the plant is idling that week.

Yeah, I had hoped maybe we would be bumped up to week of 10/31. If it's not for the MY23 change over why is the plant going to be down the week of 11/7? They're going to close for a week, then do a final week of MY22s? I can't make sense of it.

Hopefully @fordvideoguy can get some clarity from the brand manager and share the information on Tuesday live stream.

hmm, my tracking status now says "In Production" but Ford CS in chat told me on Friday that my build date would be 10/26.

Hey that's a great sign! From the looks of things Ford might have to get the rest of us 22 builds done in the next couple weeks so here's hoping they are hustling.

Nothing new here. Dealer just said early 4th quarter, which is right now. So I'd assume sometime within the next couple of weeks.

FWIW, there was a new post today saying MY23 Maverick production will begin 11/23, and MY22 production will end the same day. Not exactly sure the source, but here's a link to the thread:

Would make sense, given that those of us with remaining MY22 Ecoboost builds are scheduled through the week of 11/14. Fingers crossed we all get built...

I’m now scheduled 11/2 DAY rotation number has been reassigned

My last scheduled day was 10/31

before the 10/31 day schedule i was only scheduled week of, and have been moved i think 5 times don’t remember.
