I had a VIN, then Ford took it away. You're not missing out.

I ordered a 23 XL eco, white with a trailer hitch...... thats all. And, I've only gotten an acknowledgement of order so far.

When I ordered my 22. They emailed me at least once a week. Still took 5 months to get behind the wheel.

This go around has really been disappointing.

Easiest way is to call or chat with Ford online. https://www.ford.com/help/contact/#chat

Give them your order and sales code from the build sheet your dealer should've given you. They will at least tell you if it shows in the system. You will need to get with your dealer to confirm COVP approval and if they have your email correct.
