Until Ford cuts them off as a supplier for all parts.....
That's the risk. Personally, I think suppliers might be having issue getting raw goods. Plastics are made of that evil oil we keep wanting to ban...

I'll hang in there for a couple of months. But the Nissan Rogue hybrid is about the same price as the lariat I ordered. I want a hybrid. So if ford doesn't make a Maverick Hybrid I'm outa here.

I remember that it was not long ago that we were talking about Ford running out of the blue oval logos for the trucks and offering people the chance to have them installed by dealers later on. At that time you could still buy them from Amazon. (Now mud flaps)

People it is Amazon that is our problem, not Ford! Amazon is hoarding all of the missing parts for our trucks! That is it! I am going straight to Amazon and ordering my Maverick from them. Lol!! ;) :)
Might work. Maybe M24

Why did you take my order and my deposit if you cant build the damn thing. If I cant switch engines then cancel my order. I will go to GM or Chevrolet. What BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!
Ford took your deposit? I thought just the dealerships took deposits.

The dealer is the (legally mandated) middleman, in reality. There were plenty of dealers that didn't require a deposit when placing an order for a Maverick.

Is it possible for Ford to build MY22 actually before completing all the committed MY22? Right now, I'm doubting that Ford will be able to complete both committed Hybrid and EB before Nov. 14th week.

I think the "Balanced Out" means they have all the parts lined up to build everything. Not saying it isn't possible something gets pushed back, but Ford thinks it's a done deal.

I have to admit I ordered just about as soon as possible (once the Ford order bank finally started working early on September 16).

I did so from the #2 dealer in a large metro area that has been in business and run by the same family for over 50 years, and my extended family has ordered several new vehicles in the last couple of years.

If they cannot get a hybrid Maverick order built for the 2023 model year, I'm not "rolling" over to 2024 model year. I'm actually considering ordering a hybrid from Toyota and seeing which arrives first (and therefore purchased).

An Amazon branded car dealership may not be a bad idea, at least Amazon won't charge ADM?
