I have a new 23 order in ( placed Friday ). Hybrid XLT, Lux Package, remote start and both floor mats. No other options.

I asked if I could get a priority code and my salesman was noncommittal. Said the boss sets the codes so I'm guessing it will be a 19.

Predictions on when / if it may be delivered? I heard the 22's were allocated on F150 volume ( which would be good for me at this dealer ) but I also heard that was changing for 23.

Figure on 9 months to a year, and if it comes before then, it will be a pleasant surprise. Fact is, no one knows the answer to this question. Dealer and region allocations, current and future constraints, and other outside factors such as Covid or a rail strike could affect when you will receive it.

Thanks. I'm guessing it will take 4-6 months to clear out the 22 backlogs ( assuming the dealers give them priority ). Then, I will have my place in line for the new 23 orders.

I'm counting on 6-12 months but who knows?

Take off the mats, buy them at parts counter.
I was worried about that but the sales guy said it would not make a difference. I have other add ons in mind I purposely left off the order.

Your dealer could be right the mats could be sent to dealer separately, BUT when I tried to order mats from ford they were always back ordered took me a month or so to get them from the parts website before my truck came in and I got off 20 0/0 on them. I ordered the tonneau cover, mats, hood stone shield all from website got a big discount, I had them in my garage when truck came in, worked out well. Good luck with your truck.

2.0 eco XLT cp360, got mats as well but my dealer wouldn’t let me put soft tonneau and DIBL for this very reason. He said “let me order those for you so your truck at least gets built”. Backstory is I just had a newborn and wifey doesn’t like me driving the baby around in a 2015 5spd Base model Nissan Versa lol in short, it seems cp360 is my only constrained item and one ford seems to be projecting so I’m not super concerned about it taking a year. Tempered expectation for me though is at least 10mos

Th first thing I'd do is take those mats off. They'll hold your truck up. Buy the mats through the parts department or elsewhere. I've been waiting for almost a year and still waiting. The one i ordered doesn't have half as your truck. You actually have a lot on order.. Luxury package and hybrid. Not to sound bad but my guess is your wait time will be 10+ months. Good luck.

I remember on 09/09/21 placing my order. Now I’m set to get delivered next week or two.

I honestly thought 2-3 months at most 😆

Well, I am probably opposite of most. I ordered on 9/17, but I am hoping it does not come in till next summer. The current ride has some life left so hopefully things will work out the way I am hoping.

I ordered a Hybrid XLT on 9/15. I also reserved a Silverado EV in February. I’m wondering if I’ll get a chance to order a Silverado EV before my Maverick arrives! 😆

I ordered on October 1, 2021. Never got a VIN so having to roll-over to a MY23. Based on what I have read here and other forums, I would estimate that only 1/2-3/4 of September, 1/4 of October, and maybe 10% of November 2021 Hybrids got built. Depending on a whole bunch of things (how long the order banks remain open, recalls, strikes, part shortages, chip availability, dealer allocation, etc.), guestimate that you have something around a 75% chance of your order even being built. If you are lucky enough for it to be built, figure that it will show up at your dealership anywhere between early February and late August. Once you place the order, absolutely nothing is in your control.

When I ordered mine last year, I was told that I should have it "around April. May at the latest".
