Well, it was the COWL. Thanks everyone! When I took it in I told the dealership what people said on this site. They put a new one in with silicone sealant. Now the carpet which needs replaced is on back order but that's ok. Thanks everyone for your feedback....

Go on Amazon and look up scratch’s happen. If you need touch up paint there you go. I did but Carfident scratch and swirl on Amazon also but haven’t used it yet.

The new Mabett grey and white seat covers are on Amazon now. Only 12 left at this time $300. I have the black ones and love them but they show everything. Hope these don't. I'll put a review out as far as color and quality.

I got mine on Amazon. Not sure of a brand. As soon as I drop the tailgate it immediately engages. A slow drop the whole time. Sounds like to me yours is Defective.
