Anyone else keep bouncing back and forth on what trim to get? I thought I had it figured out!

Until Ford decided to push the order date back!

I was just going to go in and bite the bullet and order the Lariat Lux. I drive 70 miles a day, so the ACC and Lane Centering would be nice. My wife's van has keyless push button start and I love not having to fish out my keys. Wireless phone charging pad would be nice. Current truck has a sliding rear window that I use, so another one that's electric would be nicer than having to reach back and try and do it.

But then I think I could order a XL and because how long the orders are taking I could probably save damn near the whole purchase price! All those things I'd like are nice, but my current vehicle doesn't really have them so I'm also not missing out!

Damn you Ford!

Yeah - I am really in-between an XL with only a trailer hitch. Partly in hopes of getting it sooner and also the appeal of getting it as cheap as possible.

On the other hand, if I am going to wait anyway. Bumping up to the XLT and also having Co-pilot 360 would be nice. Only I really hate the orange accents.

So I might just end up ordering the XL with Co-pilot 360 and be done with it.

Correct, none of it is necessary, but would be nice.

Hell my current truck doesn't have regular CC. That broke years ago!

I did an XLT Lux package, took almost a year for delivery, but it's great. I go out everyday just because it's a joy to drive. I replaced an '09 Focus so this thing is a spaceship by comparison.

I have an XLT Lux and I'm still undecided. This was suppose to be my toy truck so had to be a budget and XL was the compromise.

Then you start the justification. FOMO, kids, commute, can't live without, YOLO,.. etc..etc..etc..

Imagine, this is just one truck. Forget that there's so many different cars out there from different companies. Different year and models. So many options, not enough money.

Yeah that is what I was thinking but then the OP is just gonna chime in and say how "I can't get over those orange accents on the XLT" but they have never seen one in person to judge for themselves how it looks with their own eyes.....

I actually have seen the inside of a XLT. Actually I've seen the interior of all 3.

My problem with the XLT is I don't feel the price jump from XL to XLT is justified by the options you get

For me I knew it would be a hybrid. In fact, had the Maverick not come in a hybrid I would not have purchased one. The only question I had was did I want the XLT Lux or Lariat Lux. There are several stories out there that suggest a lux XLT is the sweet spot. That said, I still went with a Lariat Lux. The closest thing I can come to a complaint is there are some options I would like to have had that were not offered; such as cooled seats, powered passenger side seats. The safety stuff is really great, Lane assist, adaptive cruise control etc, I highly recommend it. I have had and I still have some fun cool interesting cars.... and I love love Love the Maverick hybrid.

Such as what? Things like power mirrors and cruise control just don't interest you?

I can get power mirrors on the XL with 360, and I can add cruise for less than $100 using Forscan and factory parts.
