iPhone here, and I just had the same experience. I think you are on the mark.For everyone getting an error, are you using an iPhone or Android device?
The iOS app was updated about a week ago which agrees with OP's timing.
On my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling FordPass let me see the oil life screen the first time I opened it, then it went back to the same error.
Sounds like a bug in the update indeed.
