I got it as well as it is included with the lariat luxury package.

I would have gotten it anyway, but since I wanted heated active X seats I didn't really have a choice.

Co-pilot makes more sense on the F-150+ than any of the smaller trucks since they aren't nearly as wide/long and won't be doing as much trailering. I'd say it's a nice to have feature on the smaller ones but not something I'd pay for. Just my two cents, though.

Cruise and the CP360 were mandatory options on my build. It's on the family Edge and my work truck. It assists me on the highway every day since too many other drivers can't stay out of the blind spots. The cross traffic alert gives me a heads up the few times a vehicle sneaks by the back of my vehicle. I've grown so use to these safety features that operating a vehicle without them would seem unsafe.

I got the Co-Pilot because I’m ordering a Truck directly from Ford… no taking something off the lot.. No settling for after market add on’s. I’m 71 this is what I want, the bells, the whistles and damit I’m thinking my last vehicle purchase so it’s going to be what I want.

Right! I ordered my truck with the bells I want and a whistle. Co-pilot was too expensive and I am going to be towing a trailer so and I have heard that a trailer can interfere with the Blind Spot Information. And I am 71 as well

How often will you be towing? I love the new crap, although honestly most of the younger generation believe that they don’t need to pay attention, cause it’s automatic

I am about to retire, within the next few years, and I bought an Airstream Basecamp 16x, which is the off-road model, and the smallest that Airstream offers. So I plan to tow regularly.

I plan on ordering 2023. BUT, I have a very narrow 1922 garage here in San Francisco. Does the 360 mirrors stick out more when folded in than the regular ones? Can someone with the 360 package tell me if the mirrors are the widest part of the truck?


A couple of years back we look at a Honda Ridgeline. The folded mirrors made it to wide to fit.

Also, I have seen folks walk down the street and just take out mirrors with a baseball bat for fun. I had that happen to me when I borrowed a friends Chevy truck some years ago. The replacement cost for the mirror was like $400 from the dealer and that "just" had the heated mirrors no sensors.

As much as I like the 360 stuff, the costs of replacing a stolen or busted off mirror may not me worth it in my case.

Thanks for any overall width measurements with and without the 360 mirrors.
