I call weekly. I’ve never received any emails from Ford because of some glitch but order shows good from customer service. I guess the 360, sibl, and luxury package is slowing things down although I see same orders get built with later build dates 🤷‍♂️
Yes, I don't understand how the same builds are in prod before others with the same or later order dates. I ordered from supposely the largest fleet dealer in the Country and still no build date. Then, once we finally get an order we get to stress on whether or not the Dealer is going to mark up the vehicle.

I just put this in the "weekly" thread, but figured it could go here as well.

Just had the funniest chat experience yet with Ford.

I went thru my weekly script checking on my order status and asked the following...

Me: "One more question. Is the secondary status "Unscheduled - Clean"? Or is it reporting some other secondary status? Also, can you please confirm the current priority code associated with the order? "

Their answer: "I can, but I hope you're not going to ask me what those mean! That type of detail doesn't show on our end to provide more education outside of the current status."

Haha!

I then said that I could explain it to her, but I did not want to increase her "average chat time" metrics. Figure she has a lot of people waiting to chat and I didn't want to keep her for longer than needed. She said "good idea". Haha.

My dealership seems to get maybe one in a month, they won’t tell me where on the list I am or if priority code has changed. Seems they are still using allocation system

So did she give a priority code? Didn’t know they could do that. I may have to bug them again

Yes, they can see it. The question is if you get a chat agent who is willing to tell it to you. I have gotten lucky at least today and last Thursday with an agent who was like "sure, here is all the info you could ever want". May have extended my luck into a third week in the past, but I cant remember exactly when I started asking them that question. At least the last 2 weeks for sure.

Cool, I’ll give it a shot. Thanks

Here is my chat for the week.

Anytime! It looks like your Ford 2022 Maverick is in Order Processing. The order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. It will then be scheduled and placed in the first available production week.
No new updates yet. Once the VIN is established, your Ford Dealer will send this info and you can use the link below to track order:

Ordered September 18; Ecoboost lux 360 4k not a peep from the lying bastards.
Mine is a DIBL if that makes any difference. The SIBL wasn't an option with the Lux pkg when I ordered.

Called the Ford customer service line and my build still remains unscheduled for production. Looks like I'll be a member of the 1+ year waiting club...

Any October orders with lux, 360 and sibl out there? Getting late in the game, already into July build weeks. Will we be pushed to next year? Thought’s?

My 10/26/21 build is supposedly scheduled next week - still no window sticker but I'll try Monday. I checked with Ford chat a couple of weeks ago, gave me my build date but didn't have VIN. My dealer had it a few days later.

AWD Eco, 4K tow, Lariat Lux (includes SIBL), CP360.

I did buy some Ford stock a week before my Ford chat, I think it helped. ;)

I'm still "out there" with nothing....

Seems Ford will build into October for 22's, so three more months to be disappointed for this year.

What is the alternative to "Unscheduled-Clean"? Does clean mean there are no constraints or do constraints mean you don't get a VIN? I haven't been keeping up on the details of this process because it interferes with my ability to ignore the amount of time it's taking. 😭

My basic understanding is that your order was submitted properly... Good luck to all of us!
