True and i do but i am looking to save the money.each month. thanks.Yes, the Sirius App is compatible with Sync's AppLink (except live channels). Source
Although if you have the Lariat Luxury Package for Sync 3 (as opposed to the not-quite-Sync 3 "Connected Touch Radio") the truck has Sirius built in.
I was thinking about this today. I don't understand how you get the raspberry pi to display on the screen....Unless you pipe it through something running Android Auto or apples equivalent I am going to say no. But for under 50$ you could put a Raspberry pi in there with the android car implementation then do a signal pass through and it would, but the Pi would be controlling it, not the input or voice commands issued to your truck by you
it functions as a cellphone since it runs compatible software and an implementation of the android auto. See demos at https://getcrankshaft.com/I was thinking about this today. I don't understand how you get the raspberry pi to display on the screen....
Yes it will work and you have the option of Apple CarPlay or Android Auto which both support the SiriusXM app.I have SXM Internet Radio will that work with App Link on my Lariat w/ Sync-3.
