Sitting on 19s, with a custom Tint job!

Finally took delivery of my XL hybrid. How about those 19s, and that brow?

Tre with Tint Tech Mobile out of New Braunfels, Tx has a mobile service and did this at my shop while I was working! Huge shout out to him. Take a look at the corners, how he put a little special touch on the brow!

The tint in the front windshield up top. Usually it is just a straight line or slight curve. But if you look in the very corner we put little 45s. Nearly like vampire teeth if you ask my son!

I bet it looks real nice, hard to tell with only one picture that I have to turn my head 80º to look at though.

Take a few steps back, get some straight on photos: front, side, a few quarter looks. Us older folks will appreciate those images much more

Looks good, but I just cant drive a car with tinted windows. Im too vehiclularly social. I'm always waving at people talking to pedestrians with my PA, and showing off my stoplight headbanging skills when I got some jams cranked. Plus I like to see out my windows clearly. Those large wheels do look good on a hybrid street truck though.

The one tinting I used to like was getting a blue band windshield, Always liked the view out of it.

I really like these little trucks, wish there were more of them available I might trade in my Camry for one. However, I am posting on here because I see you are in Texas. Whoever did your tint job might not be in business all that long as that brow is illegal as all get out. #1 the fangs are below the AS1 line, #2 the brow is below the AS1 line. #3 if I don't miss my mark it's darker than 25% all three factors make it illegal in Texas. You will probably find a place that will pass it for inspection, but if a cop ever pulls you over for anything you can bet they will probably write you up for that brow. On a side note I hope when they tinted at your shop it was indoors with all the doors and windows closed to the shop. If they are tinting in the open parking lot there is about a 99.9% chance that there is trash in the tint somewhere. It's too hard to tint open air here in Texas. Just saying. Another side note I like the wheel and tire setup up, looks good on the truck.

What % did you go with? Did you just do the front windows and brow or add it on top of the factory tint in the back?

I went with 15% on the front two side windows. 5% on the back three over the privacy glass, and the brow.
I wouldn’t change the brow, I love it. The front windows are great, but the back three are very dark, very hard to see into even in broad daylight.

Going back I would keep everything the same except go with the same 15% or even 20% on the back three.
