My truck is in production with a target build date of April 18 (hoping new constraints have no impact). I see that transportation is via convoy. I also saw this article this morning about delays at the border. Just when i thought there could be no additional hurdles to jump before i see my truck. This whole process has had more unexpected twists and turns than a who-dunit mystery movie.

I don't know of any vehicles produced in Hermosillo that don't come into the US other than by rail. My window sticker states rail. What is your VIN?

My XL EB - ordered 12/10 - built 3/14 - shipped 3/25 estimate to Long McArthur was 4/5-4/11 and it has arrived today.

It was pretty close to accurate.

Some go by train and some go by convoy.

Until I saw your post I was pretty sure that all Mavericks from Hermosillo were shipped into the USA on trains. I've never heard anything different.

Have you seen something that indicates they cross the border on transport trucks? Or are you talking about how they usually get shipped from the railhead (in the USA) to the dealer by truck transport?

I believe what we're seeing is a delay on the convoy side of things. Probably a labor shortage like everywhere else, just lack of drivers.

My Mav has been sitting in KC (4 hours away) since 04/06 just waiting on a carrier to move it.
