Why doesn't Ford give every person that ordered the 100.00 gift card???

I think everyone that ordered the Maverick should get the 100.00 gift card that others are getting. I have been waiting since June and finally have a build date.

I am an October person, but certainly anyone from June, July, August or September should get that. It is the least Ford could do instead of the 99 cent cup holder from Dollar General.

Just spent my “$100” gift card. I can tell you the $25 maverick cup is worth $7 and the $89.99 hoodie maybe $20. I also noticed market adjustment on that $89.99 hoodie as the tag says $69.99. The Ford Merchandise web site photos don’t match what you get. Expect less quality.

They are just going to raise prices a bit on everything to cover the freebies. We have been taught to take these "market adjustments" for many years now. The top executives for Ford or any other major company aren't hurting any, just the common folk. They could pay fair wages and produce these chips in the US but that would hurt their bottom line. So you will wait, pay the market adjustments and be grateful to give them your money. It's the American way.

Brilliant marketing strategy actually. Heavily advertise an affordable, gas efficient vehicle. Many people will want one. So many that you can justify charging 20% or more over MSRP when there are constraints to actually producing those vehicles. Like all good American consumers, we want what we can't have so people paying luxury vehicle prices for that "affordable small pick up" .

Why stop at $100? Why not $500 or $1000? Hybrid orders get a FITS kit. We should be happy right? :/
